Ferndale, Michigan – March 1, 2003 – Rosie O'Grady's® is staying ahead of the competition through its new partnership with NetPOS.com,Inc., utilizing an Internet delivered point of sale system.
The Ferndale Michigan location of Rosie O'Grady's® is one of several restaurants in the country to incorporate the NetPOS.com application. NetPOS.com, Inc., an Application Service Provider (ASP), offers the restaurant and retail industries an intelligent and economical way to use an Internet connection to streamline business practices. Using touch screen web browser terminals, the NetPOS service essentially replaces the cash register, but has the ability to do much more.
Always known for its unique blend of entertainment and food, Rosie O'Grady's has taken its “interactive dining” approach to the next level by teaming with NetPOS to provide true interactivity at all levels of restaurant operations – customer, employee and business practices. In the future NetPOS systems can provide such elements as on-line reservations and employee scheduling.
“The advantage of NetPOS is the time saved,” said Brian Kramer, President of Rosie O'Grady's®. “Our customers spend more time enjoying their meals and our restaurant operators spend less time doing paperwork and more time with employees and customers.”
With NetPOS, Rosie O'Grady's will have the ability to lower credit card processing fees and more proactively manage customer loyalty programs via direct email. Rosie O'Grady's operations are functioning quicker, more efficiently and leaving time for what Brian Kramer says is truly important – “friends taking care of friends.”
The Ferndale, Michigan, location is the first to implement the new system which has been welcomed by staff and customers alike.
